Shipping


We ship pieces fully insured by UPS or FedEx and therefore require a street address.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within five days of receipt so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.
Please understand that in some cases, due to our use of certain rare stones and settings, sized or altered rings cannot be returned.
Items to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition.
Please email us before returning.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

For returns we recommend shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice and send to:
