We ship pieces fully insured by UPS or FedEx and therefore require a street address.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within five days of receipt so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that in some cases, due to our use of certain rare stones and settings, sized or altered jewelry cannot be returned.
Items to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition.
Please email us before returning for an RA.

We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
