The Rough Top Lapis Ring is comprised of a cabochon of Afgani lapis, cut from the outer surface of the rock, which was beautiful enough to be left unpolished — a rarity. The stone is set in a hand-hammered 14k gold bezel, on a hand-hammered sterling silver band.
